The sales of a real estate company have gone from bad to worse, leaving all but one employee, rickie (Al Pacino), to drunk in a bar. Seeing morale low, John (Kevin Spacey), the company's chief executive, calls in the marketing guru Alec Baldwin to preach. This guy is so brash and sarcastic that he tore you all to pieces. In order to survive, the old salesman levin (Jack Lemmon) because his daughter is ill in hospital, so hope to be able to be taken care of, keep the job; George (Alan Arkin) is resigned to his fate because of his advanced age; Dave (Ed Harris) steals the idea of Ricky's business, all through the money transaction, unknown to the public. However, this wishful thinking is not all plain sailing...
