Brad slade (Jonathan Rhys Meyers), the face of the rock 'n' roll revolution, falls to earth. In 1984, however, he was assassinated in a performance, and the star has since fallen. The London herald's Arthur (Christian Bale) investigates his idols. Looking back over the years, brad has found a love affair with American rocker Kurt Wilder (Ewan McGregor). Influenced by Kurt music, brad created his own flamboyant style that went viral. They inspire each other, love each other, and eventually break up because of a personality conflict. After losing Kurt, the flamboyant brad also began to abandon himself, directing an "assassination" drama.. . Arthur met depressed Kurt at the bar, who seemed to be possessed by brad's soul. They were both immersed in the memory of brad, and a wonderful emotion was born between them.
