The story is about two people with supernatural powers in the present day, ‘Georges’ and ‘Michelle’. Working as labourers in an unknown local hospital, they live in despair - because Michelle is a vampire and Georges is a werewolf. They decide to turn over a new leaf and live together, only to discover that a female ghost (Annie) has died under mysterious circumstances and is frequently haunted. In this one-versus-two contest (Threesome means a team of three or one against two, which in this case would be Annie's ghost and Georges-Michel's partner), they fight against supernatural beings and hope to live in such a way as to get along with their neighbours, the humans.
