The play tells the story of Sigmund Freud, a psychoanalyst who, in his old age, invites C.S. Lewis, a young and unknown British professor, to his London home. The two men study and discuss Freud's recently published book, and the more they talk, the more they exchange their values about the existence of God, love, sex, and the meaning of life. However, with the outbreak of World War II, Dr Freud, who was a Jew, could no longer bear the double blow of cancer and the loss of his loved ones, and soon passed away. This conversation became the last precious treasure Freud left to the world.
