In the United States it is customary in extended families to make quilts for girls who are about to get married. The heroine of this movie, Fen, has just graduated from college and is contemplating whether to accept the proposal of her longtime boyfriend. At this point she returns home to join her relatives and ask them for advice. The elders not only actively support her in starting a family, but also share their own experiences of marriage with her. Immediately, they began to work together to make a quilt to present to her on her wedding day. In just a few days, Fen receives great love and care, and she builds up her confidence. This is a romantic and warm family drama, like a prose, which tells the meaning and responsibility of marriage and family with the help of some small trivialities, which has a unique flavor.
