This animated series tells the story of Simba's two best friends, Pumbaa and Timon. Timon and Pumbaa are a pair of close friends in the jungle. Timon is a self-proclaimed genius meerkat who loves nothing more than riding on Pumbaa's back for a ride and indulging in delicious food. He also frequently shares his culinary reviews on reptiles. However, Timon often finds himself outwitted by his own cleverness, whereas his friend Pumbaa is quite the opposite. Pumbaa is a kind-hearted but not-so-bright warthog who is loyal to his friends. Whenever Timon gets into trouble, Pumbaa is always the first to come to his rescue. Though Pumbaa often does silly things, he always manages to turn misfortune into fortune. This hilarious duo always has a great time together every day!
