After world war I, Turkey, a German ally, invaded the Arabian peninsula. The British army sends Lawrence (Peter O 'toole), an army intelligence officer, to various Arab ministries in an attempt to discover the ultimate political ambition of the tribal leader, prince faisal (Alec Guiness). Lawrence meets ali (Omar Sharif), the leader of the harysous tribe, and is ordered by prince faisal to lead a commando unit through the naveld desert in a surprise attack on the city of aqaba. After the victory, Lawrence changed into aralen clothes, and ali led the guerillas to carry out terror against Turkey by bombing the railway. But did not think of their fate but from now on twist straight down...
