This is a classic American animated film. One day, a factory leak of toxic chemicals flowed into the New York City underground waterways, these chemicals caused four ordinary turtles genetic mutation, turned into the same as people can stand and walk humanoid turtles, they are Michelangelo, Leonardo da Vinci, Raphael and Donatello, and a ninja Sprint also because of the exposure to these substances and turned into a humanoid rat. The turtles take Sprint as their master, learn Ninjutsu and kung fu, and with the help of TV reporter Fan Baoer and Emma, start a fight with Kron and his minions Schrader, who live underground and try to rule the world.
