The BBC has launched a TV series version of and then there were none, written by Sarah Phelps, on the 125th anniversary of the birth of Agatha Christie. The story is set in August 1939, the eve of the outbreak of world war ii, eight people who do not know each other invited to the island soldiers island. When they arrived, they were received only by the couple. During dinner, a phonograph sounded in the dining room, accusing the guests and the housekeeper and their husband of murder. Everybody is during terrified, one of guest dies suddenly, nightmare began from this. And then there were none has been remade in other english-speaking countries to take the ending in the stage play, which is the first English language film and television adaptation to take the ending of the original work.
