Every year on the eve of Christmas, the gift of Santa Claus is the world's greatest hope for children. Today, Santa Claus is also evolving with The Times, with current Santa Malcolm (voiced by Jim Broadbent) flying in the most advanced S1 aircraft, with thousands of elves flying around the world on Christmas Eve, giving gifts to hundreds of millions of children. His oldest son, Steve (Hugh Laur ie), sits in the central control room at the North Pole, directing the distribution of gifts through state-of-the-art equipment. Steve, a technophile, believes he will be Santa Claus next year, but his father is too old to retire. But the little girl, who lives in a British county this year, did not receive the gift. A troubled father named Arthur (James McAvoy) can't bear the girl's disappointment, so he and his older grandpa (Bill Nighy), the last generation of Santa Claus (Bill Nighy) in the storage of the sleigh to cover the gifts. Two hours before daylight, Arthur and grandpa raced to England...
