Lily (Susan Sarandon) is a woman who is true to her heart, so when she learns that she is dying of a terminal illness, she makes the crazy decision to kill herself while she is still in charge of her own destiny.To make the announcement, Lily called her two daughters Anna (Mia Wasikowska) and Jennifer (Kate Winslet) back to her family, along with Lilly's childhood daughter Liz (Lindsay Duncan). The family, of course, couldn't support Lily's suicide plan, and Anna and Jennifer started doing everything they could to stop it.
