Based on a true story, Zach Sobih, an American boy, was diagnosed with osteosarcoma at the age of 14 (died at 18). Multiple surgeries and chemotherapy failed to stop the development of the cancer. After knowing that he had only a few months to live, he wrote the song "Cloud" to thank the people around him and what he was going through, and to be optimistic.
