Based on real events, the film focuses on Daniel and Lena, a young German couple who fight against Chilean dictator augusto pinochet during the 1973 coup. At the height of the coup in Chile, Daniel was kidnapped by pinochet's men to a secret base known as colony of dignity. It was a gathering place for former Nazi germans who fled to Chile, where the junta conducted extensive torture and secret human experiments, and where no one had ever escaped the colony alive. However, Daniel's wife Lena did not give up, she found the base, and plans to rescue her husband.
