Chefer (Jason Statham) isn't dead after falling out of a helicopter. When he wakes up, he's lying in a dark clinic where some crappy Hong Kong doctors are doing a heart transplant. During the period, the small mixed Johnny Wan from time to time in the side interference. After the surgery, Chefer received an artificial heart from Avicor and a battery for his belt. Doctors told Chefer that in order to keep his heart alive, he had to keep charging his body. Believing that Johnny Wan had stolen his heart, Chefer gave chase.
