The story happens in the distant future world, right now, the exploration of the human space has developed to mature stage, Meier (Nathan Fillion) is the captain of the space ship "halcyon", every day, Meier is driving his "home", shuttle in the vast universe.Serenity's nine passengers, each with a dark story behind them, have different reasons for leaving the land and coming aboard.
