Academy Award-nominated director Richard Linklater helms this glossy neo-noir starring Glen Powell. He plays stereotypical professor Gary Johnson - a part-time fake killer for the New Orleans Police Department. Gary has an unusual talent for disguising himself as different people to catch unlucky people who are hoping to repel their enemies. He's caught in a moral dilemma when he's attracted to a potential criminal: a beautiful young woman named Madison (Adria Ahona). When Madison falls in love with one of Gary's killer characters (the mysterious and sexy Ron), their flirtatious relationship sets off a chain reaction of acting, deception and escalating stakes.
