Craig Craig (kyle greckester), a 16-year-old boy who often imagines his own death, arrives at a mental hospital for treatment after several drugs fail to work. There, he befriends Bobby Bobby (zach galifianakis), a god who committed suicide several times but didn't die, and meets a special girl, Noelle, as well as many "abnormal people." In the hospital life, several of them gradually found the meaning of life, especially Bob dylan's lyrics "He Not Busy Being Born Is Busy Dying" gave them great strength, giving them courage to face the pressure of life again.
