The film is based on the popular picture book series of the same name, Shawn Montez sings the voice of Lailai the crocodile.The story tells the story of a young boy, Josh Pulliam, who moves into a new home in the big city with his parents and becomes good friends with a crocodile who lives in the attic and can sing at dances. Lailai, a crocodile with his own joyful attributes, cures Josh, who has difficulty adapting to the new environment, and Josh tries to eliminate his parents' prejudice against Lailai. The two youngsters open an unprecedented urban adventure, and through a lot of joyful farce, Lailai and the Pulliam family eventually became each other's family and partners.
