After saying goodbye to their decade-old host, Woody and Buzz Lightyear continue their happy life at the home of their new host, Bonnie (Emily Hahn). One day, they're playing in their room when a bumbling dinosaur named Rex (Wallace Shawn) shows up and screws everything up. Mr. Egghead is so fluffed that he calls him "Rex the Party guy." At this point, Bonnie decides to find a toy to take a shower, and rex is taken into the bathroom. In Bonnie's search game, Rex plays an ice-sea dinosaur and meets rubber duck and captain, a group of new friends who usually stay in the bathroom.With Bonnie gone, the water in the bathtub drained away and the rubber ducks became more and more bored. The self-proclaimed king of the party decides to turn on the tap and throw a huge party for his new friends, but the party spirals out of control...
