On the New York subway, a few small bludger gratuitous provocation a tramp in shabby clothes, but do not want to be ruthlessly picked up by him, all were brought back to the police station. Officer carter (Taraji p. Henson) is interested in the mysterious homeless man, who is investigating the cause of the crime. The tramp turns out to be a specially trained cia agent, Reese (James Caviezel), who is bailed out by finch (Michael Emerson), a wealthy man with unlimited wealth. Finch had developed a program for the government to identify criminal consciousness, but the government decided it was overkill and shut down some of the program. And now finch hopes to use riise's ability and this set of procedures to "law enforcement", maintain justice, stop crime...
