Set in 1972 in the United States, Marines Mike Conway (Logan Marshall-Green) and his best friend Arthur (Jamie Hector) have been discharged early from the military to return to their loved ones, but they are burdened with the unfounded charge of genocide. Although both men are found not guilty of the crime, they are inevitably criticized and belittled by those around them, and their future is bleak after leaving the military.When Mike Conway becomes disillusioned, a mysterious man appears at his side, offering to buy the well-trained and skilled Mike Conway to become his own personal assassin for a high price; a sense of justice makes Mike Conway refuse the offer, but Arthur enters the picture. Afterwards, under Arthur's encouragement, Mike Conway's defenses finally collapsed, promising to do just one job and then quit, which know that this is the action, will lead the two men to a road of no return.
