Eccentric Mr. Oldman (Geoffrey Rush) is an auctioneer at one of the top art auction houses. He has almost never failed in his decades-long career, and his favorite hobby is collecting portraits of women of all ages. Billy (Donald Sutherland) helps him get the paintings he wants at a low price, while young Robert (Jim Sturgess) helps him technically authenticate antiques. Until one day, a mysterious female patrons Clare (Sylvia hou) with a large number of antique heritage entered his life, Clare said suffering from agoraphobia so never show up, but this special communication fascinates oldman gradually, he even turned to Robert pursuit of women.
