Kim (Josh Stewart), a man with a criminal record, works as a pest control worker to support his family, but his meager salary doesn't make enough money for the huge loan and his wife and children. In desperation, he comes up with the idea of his employer, jewelry dealer Michael Reilly Burke. When the Chase family is away on vacation, Arkin finds his old friend Roy (Robert Wisdom), who plans to steal jewelry from The Chase family and ask Roy to sell it.At night, Arkin sneaks into chase's empty house. But his luck was so bad that he found someone else had already arrived. The mysterious man who calls himself "the collector" seems to be aiming not for money but for human life. Kim tries to get out of the way, only to find himself trapped in this hell-like house...
