The series is a fast-paced, labyrinthine and complex international political thriller. The protagonist, Nessa Stein, whose father, a weapons manufacturer who supported the Zionist movement, was assassinated when Nessa and her brother were young, grows up, inherits her father's company, and "builds on it" - instead of making and selling weapons, she now builds high-tech data networks in Israel and the West Bank.
