The comedy centers on playful 12-year-old twins Charlie and Cody. They are the children of a single-parent family. Because their mother is employed as a lead singer at a luxury hotel in Boston, the three of them move into the hotel and become the new occupants of the high-level presidential suite. Although mother is usually very strict, but all the luxurious new things in the hotel really excited the two children.The hotel has a swimming pool, a game room, and some new friends, including Maddie, the candy store maid and nanny, and London, the hotel's owner. To Mr Moseby's dismay, the twins used the hotel as their personal playground, with staff and patrons often unwittingly taking part in their pranks.
