This is a story about a group of "bald boys" in England in 1983, a turbulent time. 12-year-old rebellious boy Shane meets a group of "bald boys" on his way home from school, and after a fight with them Shane becomes one of them. Shane becomes one of them. What Shane didn't expect was that these people would become his best friends and even family members. Together, they share their growth, joy and sorrow in a gray era.
