Welcome to Rekall, a factory that can turn your dreams into reality. The main character, Douglas Quaid (Colin Farrell), is an ordinary factory worker. Although he has a beautiful wife (Kate Beckinsale), the two seem to be in love, but he still seems to be unsatisfied inside. A thought trip sounds like the perfect vacation to unwind from his frustrated life - and the real memories of being an agent may be just what he needs. But when the process goes horribly awry, Quaid turns into a hunted fugitive. He finds himself on the run from police officers under the control of Chief Cohagen (Bryan Cranston), and no one Quaid can trust except a rebel fighter woman (Jessica Biel) who works for the head of the underground resistance (Bill Nighy). The line between fantasy and reality becomes blurred, and his fate is ill-fated as Quaid discovers his true identity, his true love, and his true destiny.
