Former U.S. army special forces bomb expert Stephen Arthur young (Michael Sheen) is going on a dangerous path, as a Muslim he dissatisfied with the United States' treatment of Arab countries policy, so planning terrorist attacks. He claimed to have planted three small atomic bombs in each of the three cities, putting the American mainland at risk. FBI counterterrorism department female agent Helen brody (cary-anne Moss) is responsible for investigating the case, but in a critical moment to find the military and a mysterious department involved. Her team, along with the extremely dangerous negotiator Henry humphries (Samuel l. Jackson), is tasked with interrogating Steven. Nicknamed Henry H, his methods were brutal and harsh, and he was emboldened by the connivance of top government officials. Helen is disgusted with such cruel and inhuman illegal means, she tried her best to win Stephen's trust, finally let him say one of the bomb unannounced site.It was not so simple, however, and a frenzy of death and intrigue ensued.
