Our crazy Mr. Bean (Rowan Atkinson) is at it again! This time, our Mr. Bean is working at a gallery in England. When one of the gallery's heirlooms is purchased by the National Museum of America, Mr. Bean's museum has to send an expert to transport the painting to the United States. By mistake, Mr. Bean becomes the expert.Mr. Bean flew over the old-fashioned England, and came to the United States. The curator of the American National Museum receives Mr. Bean with great hospitality, and in the vault, Mr. Bean is able to admire the masterpiece alone. Just as Bean is enjoying his close-up view of the painting, Bean sneezes and sprays his saliva and snot all over the painting! As the colors of the painting begin to flow with his saliva, Bean panics and picks up a rag to dry it off. This ruined the painting! Will Bean end up in jail for destroying the painting?
