Diamonds are the most precious stones in the world, attracting countless grand thefts, but the value of black diamonds is even more incalculable. The gang, led by Anthony (DMX), is in the process of breaking into a building to steal a rare black diamond to give to a middleman who will resell it to a mysterious buyer, when their phone call is overheard by a Taiwanese agent, Sue (Jet Li), who is on the other side of the country and has come to fight for the diamond.
