Ted, the museum guide, loves his job, and his erudite and enthusiastic explanation wins over Maggie, the beautiful teacher who shows the students around. However, the old director made a sad announcement: the museum was facing closure because of so few visitors, and the only way to save it was to introduce a novel exhibit like no other museum has ever seen. The old curator shows Ted a mysterious diary with a map showing the location of a lost sacred tomb of the Zagwa tribe in Africa. As long as a large statue is brought back from it, the museum will be saved. Ted set out for Africa on a ship and found the old statue in the jungle, but it was not as grand as the old curator had described. But now a naughty little monkey took an interest in Ted and followed him all the time. As Ted left Africa, the little monkey followed the boat quietly. When Ted returned home, he was homeless and then unemployed, living with the monkey and naming it George. Will Ted finally be able to find the legendary god? Can the museum survive?
