Focusing on the FBI's efforts to catch notorious "good" criminals, the first season will focus on FBI agent Jim "Fitz" Fitzgerald (Sam Worthington), a specialized linguist who isn't used to gathering intelligence the old-fashioned way. He used his unconventional methods to bring the Unabomber, who had been hidden for nearly 20 years, to justice. The key point was that he discovered the true identity of the Unabomber might be hidden in his manifesto, which was one of Kaczynski's many plots. Paul Bettany will play Ted Kaczynski, known as the "Unabomber at College," while John Berchtold will play a younger Ted Kaczynski.
