Orphan oliver (Barney Clark) is raised by the church, when he was 9 years old, he was sent to the child labor factory to fill in the catkins, after which he was sold to the coffin shop as an apprentice, repeatedly bullied. Oliver escapes from the coffin shop and walks 70 miles to London, where he meets the thief, "the slinky" (Harry Eden), and is recruited by the gang of jewish old man fagin (Ben Kinsley). On his first outing, oliver is falsely accused of stealing Mr. Brown low's (Edward Hardwicke) silk pa, and is beaten to the ground. Be taken home by kind Mr Brown luo adopt, run for Mr Brown luo however on the way by fei jin's colleague bill (Jamie Foreman) capture.
