Harry Lange (Jack Nicholson) is a successful music producer in his fifties. To be more precise -- high sex drive. All of Harry's girlfriends are young and beautiful, and his current girlfriend Marlene (Amanda Beatty) is even hotter. After a trip, Harry arrives at the beach house of Marlene's mother, Erika (Diana Keaton). It was supposed to be a romantic vacation, but Harry had a heart attack. Marin has to return to New York, can only be taken care of by her mother Erica and the doctor (Keanu Reeves). Long divorced, Erika is a famous New York playwright who is raising her daughter alone.
