Doug (Justin Bartha) is getting married to his girlfriend. Two days before the wedding, doug drives from Los Angeles with friends phil (Bradley Cooper), Sidney (Ed Helms) and Alan (Zach Galifianakis) to Las Vegas to throw doug a bachelor party and check into the Caesar's palace suite. One night later, the three find doug missing, a tiger in the bathroom, a baby in the closet, sid missing a tooth, a mattress on the spire outside the window, phil wearing a hospital bracelet, sid with a $800 receipt in his pocket, and their car somehow turned into a police car. Three people panic, completely unable to remember what happened last night, but must quickly solve the mystery in 24 hours to find doug back to Los Angeles...
