Neal Caffrey (Matthew Bomer) is a handsome, charming criminal who was sent to prison by FBI Nemesis Peter Burke (Tim DeKay) four years ago in a case involving the counterfeiting of National debt. Neal has chosen to escape from prison on the eve of his release because of the sudden departure of his beloved Kate (Alexandra Daddario). Peter caught Neal that same day, and Neal got four more years in prison. In order to be free and to find Kate soon, Neal uses his criminal mastermind to become a special adviser to the FBI, and becomes the partner of Peter, a bitter rival. The two of them combine to solve many strange cases. Restricted by his GPS shackles, Neal secretly asks his longtime partner Mozzie (Willie Garson) to help him track Down Kate. Complicated and confusing really want to spread out slowly, everything was full of the flavor of conspiracy.
