Marty (Colin Farrell) is a love to drink movie screenwriter, his good friend Billy (Sam Rockwell) and Hans (Christopher Walken) by stealing dog then put the dog back to the owner to make money. Marty was writing a play called seven neuroses recently, but he didn't have much inspiration, so Billy gave him some material. There is a psycho who is a killer. Every time he kills someone, he will throw down a j-card. There is a Vietnamese avenger. Billy stole a dog, a pet of Charlie (Woody Harrelson), a Mafia boss. Charlie lost his dog, which he saw as life, and looked for it everywhere. He found Hans's wife in hospital and killed her. Billy knew about this and angrily killed his lover, who was also Charlie's lover. Then Billy threw down a card. Billy was the psycho killer. He went out into the field with Marty and Hans to write the script, and he asked Charlie to fight alone...
