Single parent Philip perry (T.J. Lowther) is so strict with his mother that eight-year-old Philip has never even taken part in a Halloween candy hunt. Two inmates from a nearby state prison escaped and took Philip hostage as they fled to the Texas border. On the way, butch of one of criminals ( Kevin Costner) finished off reckless and foolish accomplice, take care of little Philip to add however.
