Hannibal (Anthony Hopkins), who escaped from a high-security hospital, continues to search for his "prey" and becomes the target of Mason (Gary Ol dman), who had survived under his own knife. Mason is a criminal pedophile who once raped his own sister, escaped from prison when he was young, and received psychiatric treatment from the demon Hannibal Lecter, who left him partially paralyzed and severely disfigured, and now must survive on an artificial respirator. But he has a huge fortune and continues to collect different kinds of children, hoping to draw Hannibal out and carry out a horrible revenge action. In desperation Hannibal turns to Agent Clarice (Julianne Moore). The two demons face off, who will win and who will lose?
