Heavy gunfire and huge explosions have ripped through the quiet of an upmarket residential district in the Saudi capital Riyadh. Terrorist attacks on Westerners have left hundreds dead, and even federal agents have been killed in the chaos. This incident has brought tension to the international situation, which was already full of contradictions and undercurrents. The FBI sends Agent Ronald Flury (Jamie Foxx) and his team to Saudi Arabia, where they have five days to find the person behind the attack. But the investigation has proved more difficult than expected, and the Saudi authorities seem reluctant to allow the United States to interfere in the "internal affairs of the country." FBI agents not only had to deal with the obstacles laid down by the terrorists, but also tried to overcome the obstruction and interference from the Saudi authorities.
