Travor (Christian Bale) is a mechanic who works a busy mechanical job, day in and day out, causing him to lose weight and even have serious problems sleeping. For up to a year, Travor becomes the odd man out who can't sleep. Strange things happened: he found a mysterious note in his apartment; he always felt that one of his co-workers lost his hand in an accident, and all of his colleagues blamed Travor for the accident, leaving him isolated, with only his girlfriend, who worked as a call girl, to support him. However, the truth seems to be different, the note, the workmate, seems to be not the reality of the matter, Travor is caught in the middle of a huge mystery.
