The story follows Los Angeles criminal defense attorney mitch howler (Matthew McConaughey), nicknamed "the Lincoln lawyer," who deals with clients atthe bottom of society. He has a clear sense of good and evil, integrity and trustworthiness, and is not a money-grubber. This time, howler's defense is like that of a young, wealthy real estate developer, louis-rollette (Ryan Phillippe). Luo laite was accused of beating and attempting to rape the recruit girl rich (Margarita Levieva), but luo laite claimed that he was innocent, someone framed him.
